Intimacy products and lingerie can’t be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. This includes toys, lingerie, cosmetics, lubes etc.

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it and the money will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.

If the product has a rechargeable battery: Fully charge the new toy using the included charging cable before use. This usually takes 2–3 hours. Make sure the travel lock hasn’t been accidentally engaged. If the toy still doesn’t work, please contact us and we’ll figure it out together.
